SHIPPING POLICY

Customers spending £60 or more get free standard UK delivery. We deliver Monday - Saturday, except for bank holidays.

Delivery Options

1. Standard UK Delivery

Free for customers spending £60 or more! The cost is £3.99 for customers spending less than £60. We aim to deliver your order within 3 - 5 working days after receiving your order confirmation. 

2. Next Day Delivery

£5.99 for all order.

-If your order is placed before 3pm Sunday to Friday and before 2pm on Saturday, your parcel will be delivered the next day. 

-Order placed after the cut-off time will be delivered within 2 days.

-Next Day Delivery cannot be used if a parcel is larger than 70x50x60cm.  

Cancellation / Amending Your Order

We can't make any changes once the order is confirmed, including changing the delivery address or delivery option. You may be able to update your details with our carrier directly. 

Track Your Parcel

We will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some time before the tracking information is available. 

Missing Parcel / Item

-If you don't receive the parcel or if you are missing an item in your order, please contact us with your order information so we can help.

RETURN&REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, this will be deducted from your refund.  If you wish to return an item, please complete the refund form and we will be happy to assist you.

*Please note although we would love to, as we are a small business, we are unable to cover your postage for the return. 

You will not be charged the postage fee if an item is determined to be faulty or incorrect so please make sure to note that information when request for your return.

Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be issued. 

If you return items paid for by Bellezza Vita Gift Card, you will be issue an e-gift card with an updated balance via email.
